Meet Dr. Matt Miller
Dr. Matt Miller is a general dentist based in San Antonio who brings IV sedation and oral surgery directly into general dental offices — allowing patients to be treated by a trusted, credentialed provider without leaving the practice they already know.
After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin, he moved to San Antonio in 2014, earned his dental degree, and completed a two-year residency in Advanced General Dentistry at UT Health San Antonio with an emphasis on sedation and surgery. He is ACLS-certified and maintains ongoing sedation education through the Lone Star Sedation Study Club and the American Society of Dental Anesthesia.
Dr. Miller works as an independent surgical partner inside general and specialty practices across greater San Antonio, providing extractions, wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting, and dental implants chairside. Known for a calm, honest, and transparent approach, he takes time to walk every patient through their procedure and sedation options so they feel informed and at ease — giving partner practices a dependable resource for advanced care without sending patients elsewhere.

We want every visit to feel as comfortable and welcoming as possible. Our office offers thoughtful amenities designed to help you relax, including cozy pillows and blankets, TVs in our treatment rooms, and warm scented towels post-treatment. Families can also take advantage of convenient family block appointments, allowing multiple family members to receive care during the same visit. While you wait, feel free to enjoy complimentary beverages and snacks in our lobby. If there’s anything else we can do to make your visits better, feel free to ask, and we will accommodate your family to the best of our abilities.
State-of-the-Art Technology
Digital X-Rays
Digital X-rays provide detailed images of your teeth, roots, and surrounding bone while using less radiation than traditional film X-rays. These images can help our team identify cavities, infections, bone loss, and other concerns that may not be visible during a routine dental exam.
3D and Panoramic X-Rays
3D and panoramic X-rays give our dental team a more complete view of your teeth, jaw, and surrounding structures. These detailed images can be especially helpful when planning dental implants, extractions, orthodontic treatment, and other procedures.
CEREC® Same-Day Restorations
CEREC® technology allows us to design and create certain dental restorations, such as crowns, in our office. This streamlined process can often reduce the number of appointments needed to restore a damaged or weakened tooth.
Intraoral Camera
An intraoral camera is a small, handheld camera that captures detailed images inside your mouth. These images allow you to see areas of your teeth and gums up close, making it easier to understand your oral health and discuss recommended treatment with our team.
iTero® Scanner
The iTero® scanner uses digital technology to create a highly detailed 3D image of your teeth and bite. Digital impressions can be more comfortable than traditional impression materials and may be used when planning restorations, orthodontic treatment, and other dental procedures.
Soft-Tissue Laser Therapy
Soft-tissue laser therapy uses focused laser energy to treat certain areas of the gums and other soft tissues with precision. Depending on your treatment needs, laser therapy may help manage gum disease, reshape gum tissue, or support a more comfortable healing process.
